Illinois Amusement Operator Sues For Retirement Settlement

Betty Deiters, co-owner of Jim’s Vending Corp. in Trenton, Ill., filed a lawsuit against the company seeking a $50,000 settlement, plus costs, she claims are owed to her based on a retirement agreement with her partner James Deiters, according to the Madison-St. Clair Record. The case is currently open in the St. Clair County Circuit Court.

A spokesperson for Jim’s Vending told VendingMarketWatch he was unaware of the lawsuit and had no details to share. Full article.
