Boston Entrepreneur Launches 'Cold Brew' Coffee Company

Paul Jackmauh, a University of Massachusetts graduate and entrepreneur, has started his own coffee company, Boston Cold Brew, featuring an untraditional brewing technique — cold brewing, according to The Daily Collegian. Jackmauh defines cold brewing as a simple process that involves mixing ground coffee with room temperature water for a 15-hour time period. He believes it provides better taste. Full article.
