The Promotion In Motion Companies, Inc., headquartered in Allendale, N.J., has been named one of the fastest growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies in the U.S., according to a new study by The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Information Resources, Inc. (IRI). The results of the BCG/IRI company momentum report are based on sales growth, volume growth and share growth nationwide.
Promotion In Motion ranks as the fourth fastest growing CPG for 2012, amongst "Small" U.S. CPG companies, based on extensive data analysis developed by BCG in collaboration with IRI.
The report examined more than 400 of the fastest growing CPG companies and selected the top 10 large, medium and small companies based on dollar sales (small being defined as under $1 billion in sales). The three lists include some of the most influential names in the U.S. CPG landscape including the Hershey Co., Mars Chocolate North America, Nestle, the Coca-Cola Co., Campbell Soup, Starbucks, Chobani, Promotion In Motion and others.
