Supervisor Development Program Deadline Approaches

March 25, 2013

Joann DeNardis, NAMA’s Director of Education, said time is winding down to register for NAMA’s Supervisor Development Program (SDP). Registration for the session will close Monday, April 1.

“NAMA members tell us that SDP is a turnkey way to train supervisory employees. We will prepare them for the next leadership level at your organization and they’ll bring back workable, proven ideas documented in their Personal Action Plan, created during the session. They will have a renewed passion for their role after attending this program,” said DeNardis, in a prepared statement.

SDP speaker and NAMA Knowledge Source Partner, Rick Leffke of R.C. Leffke and Associates, addresses the highly acclaimed program via video clip on the NAMA Website. Get the facts on why new supervisors should register now. During the program, Rick will discuss topics on coaching for top performance, personal selling skills and handling customer relationships and complaints. Former graduate of the program, Steve Arciniega, Rocket Coffee & Refreshments, said, “Rick Leffke will change your mind set in a small amount of time.”

The SDP will be held at the Venetian-Sands Resort in Las Vegas, Nev. from April 22 to 24, 2013, in the days leading up to the NAMA OneShow. To register, click here.
