Monster Claims Its Drinks Had No Role In Maryland Teen’s Death

Counsel for Monster Energy recently held a press conference reporting that experts have reviewed the medial records of a Maryland teenager who allegedly died after consuming a Monster Energy drink and found no supporting evidence that the death was due to energy drink consumption, according to Lexology. There was no blood test performed to verify the claim of ‘caffeine toxicity’ and the teen had pre-existing conditions. Full article
