Research Finds Green Labels Perceived As Healthier

In a recent study conducted at Cornell University's Social Cognition and Communication Lab, students presented with a candy bar with a green label thought it contained fewer calories and was healthier than the same candy bar in a red label, according to Food Business Review. The study was repeated online comparing a green and white label, but green was still considered more nutritious. Full article.
