Innovative Vending Solutions (IVS) recently launched a twitter activated t-shirt vending machine for Engadget at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) show in Las Vegas, Nev. According to a company spokesperson, the machine is the first of its kind in the U.S. and similar to one launched in South Africa where items are dispensed using a smart phone and twitter.
At the CES show, attendees are prompted at the machine to tweet the best gadget of 2012, along with the hashtag #engadgetces and a shirt-size. The user then receives the shirt from the machine.
