NAVA Plans Legislative Day On The Hill Feb. 5

Jan. 14, 2013

In an ongoing effort to build and enhance the Northwest Automatic Vending Association's effectiveness in state legislative affairs, it is hosting a NAVA Day in Olympia, Wash. on Feb. 5, 2013.

Vending, micro market and coffee service providers will have an opportunity to roam Olympia and speak directly to local legislators and key elected officials on issues that are critical to the membership of NAVA. Direct constituent engagement is the most effective tool in legislative advocacy and NAVA asks members to join it in Olympia.

The schedule includes first meeting at Brad Boswell's House at 9 a.m., followed at 10 a.m. by the individual legislative meetings and capitol tour. Lunch will be at noon at the Mercato on Market St. More individual legislative meeting will follow lunch with a planned departure from Olympia at 4 p.m.

Members should RSVP to Brad Boswell at [email protected].
