Hostess: Mediation Talks With Bakers Union Failed

Hostess Brands Inc. announced that a judge-required mediation with the Bakery, Confectionary, Tobacco and Grain Millers Union to halt the liquidation of Hostess was unsuccessful. The company will not comment further until after a bankruptcy hearing scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 21.
