New Research Reveals How Expectations And Experience Translate To Higher Profits For Coffee Service Operators

Nov. 5, 2012

Attendees to the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) CoffeeTea&Water show this month in New Orleans can learn how expectations about office coffee service translate into opportunities to up-sell at accounts thanks to a sweeping office coffee service survey, NAMA director, coffee and water service, Roger Stewart NCE5, CCS, announced. CT&W is the blockbuster coffee, tea and water service show for operators nationwide to be held November 13 to 15, and the survey results will be presented Wednesday, November 14 at the New Orleans Hyatt Regency.

When asked about the specific insights revealed in the survey Stewart said, in a prepared statement, “The research clearly identifies specific areas where accounts are willing to pay higher prices in order to meet the needs of employees who want a broader refreshment experience in the workplace. Attendees to this session will walk away with specific steps they can take to grow their business and enhance their profits.”

The research was conducted by Heart+Mind strategies, a strategic research consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C.  Heart+Mind President and Managing Partner Mike Dabadie will analyze and discuss the findings at the show. Insights from research projects like this one can deliver powerful insights, but are expensive which makes them out of reach for many operators. Attendees to the show, however, can enjoy all the insights for free just by attending this session.

“NAMA conducted a similar study in 2005, and the results from this year’s study reveal some significant shifts in the way accounts view coffee service,” said Stewart. “The results will help shape new thinking, drive your strategy and change the way your organization approaches accounts. Your competition will be there learning these new insights about our industry, so make sure you are there too by making plans today to attend this session. With so many powerful insights in store for you it’s an investment of time that is sure to pay off in a powerful way for you and your business.”
