J.M. Smucker Co. Urges California Judge To Dismiss Trans-Fat Lawsuits

The J.M. Smucker Co. is asking a judge in California to dismiss three trans-fat related lawsuits brought against the company, according to Foodnavigator.com. The lawsuits are based on labeling claims on products, such as Uncrustables sandwiches. J.M. Smucker argues it is in compliance with federal labeling laws. Full article.
