Bebida Beverage Co. (BeBevCo) announced the opening of its new wholly-owned subsidiary in the New York metropolitan area for the distribution of BeBevCo's products including the liquid relaxation beverage KOMA UNWIND "Liquid Relaxation" (TM) the fast rising Relax 5 shots as well as N.Y. distribution of The Hangover Recovery Shot from Hangover Joes, and the controversial and highly caffeinated Cocaine Energy Drink and shots.
BeBevCo CEO Brian Weber said, in a prepared statement, "We are proud to announce the opening of our wholly owned subsidiary. All the paperwork is final and we now have a major distribution operation right in the Big Apple. The addition of the distribution of Hangover Joes and Cocaine Energy Drink represents a new stream of income and this opportunity will be capitalized on with the addition of more beverages and items that we can distribute through our New York subsidiary."
Weber continued, "Rather than build our distribution out through networks of smaller operations, we are going to eventually have our own distribution facilities in key areas across the United States and abroad. This is not to say that we are not going to continue to work with independent distributors throughout the country but that we are going to continue to work with independent distributors throughout the country but that we are going to take matters more into our own hands and control our own destiny.”
