Gigaom Columnist Reports Isis Launch Problems

Stacey Higginbotham, a columnist for Gigaom, a news source about emerging technology, shared her negative experience trying the new Isis mobile wallet in Austin, Texas. First having to overcome a smart phone Isis didn't support, Higginbotham finally tried to use the new Isis enabled handset and found many merchants didn't know about the payment technology or had asked not to participate.
