    Williston, N.D. Plans To Enforce Ordinance Prohibiting Mobile Food Vendors

    City officials in Williston, N.D. are trying to encourage permanent development by enforcing a new ordinance that prohibits the operation of mobile food vendors, according to the Grand Forks Herald. The ordinance takes effect Jan. 1, 2013, and excludes coffee kiosks. Full article.
