BeBevCo Names Sherwood Food Its Michigan Distributor

Oct. 22, 2012

Bebida Beverage Co. (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation and energy products, announced that Sherwood Food Distributors will be joining BeBevCo and the KOMA UNWIND family of products as the master distributor for the entire state of Michigan. Sherwood, who services over 2000 grocery stores in Michigan, will also provide product for sub distributors which will cover convenience stores and specialty stores across Michigan.

With this strategic alliance in place, Sherwood brings a massive warehouse facility which will also create a cost effective path to market for the entire Midwest region. Additionally, Sherwood will also be actively working to expand the brands in the Cleveland, Ohio market and surrounding areas.

BeBevCo CEO Brian Weber said, in a prepared statement, "This is a fantastic new partner for our brands. We now have our own facility in the Southeast, New York City and a strategic partner in the Midwest. Before long we will have a stronger presence on the west coast which will make brand growth that much more organized and cost efficient."

"As mentioned in our last release, we are looking to either set up our own facility or partner with large distributors to optimize distribution and brand growth. In the long run it makes more sense. This direction is the result the tremendous growth we have undergone over the last couple of years and specifically in the last few months," Weber concluded.
