Customer Satisfaction With Beverages Remains Stable

A report by the American Customer Satisfaction Index shows that customer satisfaction with beverages remains relatively stable, according to CSP Daily News.

The soft drink industry maintained a high level of customer satisfaction in 2012, despite a downturn of 1.2 percent. Full article.
