Bebida Beverage Co. (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation & energy products, announced formation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the New York metropolitan area for the distribution of BeBevCo's products including including KOMA UNWIND "Liquid Relaxation"(TM) and Relax 5 shots. The subsidiary is closing on a lease in Brooklyn for offices and a distribution depot.
Ricky Yandoli, former brand representative with All Star Imports, has been named president and general manager of the new subsidiary, Bebida Beverage Co. of New York, LLC. Yandoli brings many years as regional vice president of a world-renowned beer brand as well as over 19 years as the owner of nine McDonald's franchise locations in NYC.
BeBevCo CEO Brian Weber said in a prepared statement, "After a slow start with current distribution partners in the New York metropolitan area, BeBevCo has determined it is in the best interests of the company and its products to maximize distribution of the company's products with not any single distributor, but rather a massive network of motivated retailers, jobbers, and small and medium sized distributors."
Weber continued, "All small companies developing a distribution network have to constantly monitor sales efforts and revenue growth to ascertain what distributors are doing the job and where improvements can be made. We have many independent distributors throughout the country that share our excitement and dedication to get brands to consumers and it is imperative that energy and drive is in the New York City metropolitan market. With our new subsidiary, we will have more direct control to drive and manage our sales and distribution efforts to the millions of consumers that will welcome a relaxation beverage."
