Fruits And Vegetables Can Reduce Risk Of Heart Attack In Women, Study Says

A recent study of Swedish women shows those who had a high level of antioxidants from eating fruits and vegetables at a 20 percent lower risk of getting a heart attack, according to Science Daily. The study recorded the daily food consumption of over 32,000 Swedish women for 10 years. Women with the highest antioxidant capacity consumed almost seven servings of vegetables and fruits.
