Insurance Company Gives Credit For Buying Healthy Food At Wal-Mart

Humana, a large health insurance company, has partnered with Wal-mart to give its members a 5 percent discount on healthy groceries, according to the Washington Post. Members of Humana's wellness initiative, HumanaVitality, will get a discount on foods they purchase at Wal-mart that have a new "Great for You" icon on the package, which indicates they meet Wal-Mart's nutritional criteria. The discount will accrue on a card and can be used to purchase other items at Wal-Mart stores. Full article
