Hostess Seeks Bankruptcy-Exit Deal In Court After Union Rejects Final Offer

Hostess Brands is seeking a legal means to force members of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union (BCTGM) to accept a deal they have rejected by an overwhelming majority, or says it will have no choice but to liquidate the company. While the Teamsters union accepted the company's offer, the BCTGM has rejected it. Full article
