Houston, Texas Food Trucks Form Association, Lobby For Ordinance Changes

A group of 26 food truck owners have formed the Mobile Food Unit, Houston, and plan to lobby at Houston City Council for changes to city ordinances that affect their businesses, according to Eater News. Among other things, the mobile caterers want to park closer to each other, park near existing seating and provide their own seating. Full article.
