Report: 67.71 Percent Of Jobs Added In August Were In Food And Beverage

FoodAndBeveragePeople.com released its monthly sub-report based on the monthly U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) findings on the U. S. labor market. Based on the released BLS findings for August, 2012, the employer segments made up by the food and beverage industry added a total of 65,000 to its payrolls. Across all non-farm industries, a total 96,000 non-farm jobs were added, making the food and beverage industry accountable for a massive 67.71 percent of the country’s job growth.
