Nestle did not breach a decades-old agreement over Ozarka spring water licensing, the 10th Circuit ruled, reversing a multimillion verdict against Nestle, in which Eureka won $9.2 million on its breach of contract claim, and $5 million for tortious interference, according to Courthouse News Service.
