Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp. Hires Ibrahim As Senior Vice President Of Operations, Dudding As Chief Financial Officer

Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp. announced that Nestor Ibrahim has joined Grindmaster-Cecilware as senior vice president of operations. He will be responsible for all operational functions of the company including manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial engineering.

Ibrahim brings significant foodservice industry experience to this position. He most recently served as president of the Star Holdings Division of Middleby Corp., a conglomerate in the foodservice industry. He also held other executive positions at Middleby Corp., including president of the Southbend division and vice president of corporate supply chain. Prior to his experience at Middleby, Ibrahim spent a number of years at Stainless Inc./Franke, Inc. as the vice president of materials management and global corporate procurement.

Ibrahim  earned his master of science in mechanical engineering and is a graduate of the Karras Negotiations Program and the Rapport Leadership International Program. Additionally, he is a certified production and inventory control manager (CPIM) and a certified foodservice professional (CFSP).

David Dudding has been appointed as chief financial officer for Grindmaster-Cecilware. In this position, Dudding will be responsible for all financial matters for the company and will play a key role in determining business strategy. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Louisville, Ky.

He is a native of Louisville, Ky. and has held key financial roles at major companies in the area including EnovaPremier, LLC, Plumbers Supply Co., Actaris Metering Systems, General Electric, and Thomas Industries. Most recently he was the managing director for Oldham Advisors, LLC where he provided CFO-level financial services to various companies.

Dudding earned his MBA from Bellarmine College and his BBA in finance from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, he is a certified management accountant (CMA) accredited by the Institute of Management Accountants and a certified public accountant (CPA).
