Housing reservation deadline for the Southeastern Vending Association (SEVA) conference, Aug. 8 to 10, 2012, at the Sandestin Resort in Destin, Fla., is July 14, 2012. Hotel accommodations include the Grand Sandestin, The Village and Westwinds, starting at $191 a night plus tax.
This year’s tournament will be at Kelly Plantation Golf Club with shotgun start at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday Aug. 8. The $135 registration fee includes golf, two drink tickets and a cookout at the golf club after the event. Prizes will be awarded for the top teams and individuals.
The kickoff SEVA 2012 at Finz, which overlooks the ocean and Sandestin Beach. In addition to the sweeping ocean views, there will be a dinner buffet and of course a chance to catch up with all your SEVA buddies. Wristbands will be distributed in your welcome packet and must be worn in order to get in to the opening party.
Some items up for bid at the live auction will include two 5-Hour Energy Vending Machines, two SEC Championship Football Tickets, four Atlanta Braves tickets plus parking pass and two NAMA 2013 OneShow registrations plus two nights at the Venetian.
This year’s volleyball tournament is sponsored by Monster Energy Drinks Friday at 2 p.m. on the beach.
