ConAgra Foods, Inc. announced W. L. (Bill) Hutton joined the company on June 4 as president of consumer foods international. Hutton will lead the company’s consumer foods international business, with specific responsibility for developing strategies that align with the company’s ambition to double its international business.
“Bill is experienced with creating value in integrating acquisitions and has proven his ability to build strong teams,” said Andre Hawaux, president of consumer foods for ConAgra Foods, in a prepared statement. “He has vast experience in international business and a strong background in consumer goods. That background will serve him well as he leads consumer foods’ international growth strategies and evaluates opportunities in emerging markets.”
Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, Hutton was vice president and general manager of PepsiAmericas Inc., Poland/Baltics. Hutton also had prior assignments from PepsiCo in China and Canada.
