Wichita, Kan. Schools Struggle To Understand New Federal Nutrition Guidelines

Editor’s Insight: One thing that this and other news stories make clear is that foodservice directors have their hands full getting up to speed about the new federal food guidelines. Vending and foodservice operators who are well informed about the new guidelines will be in a good position to serve schools.
