USA Technologies, Inc. is showcasing its turn-key ePort Connect® service, a wireless, cashless and contactless telemetry and M2M solution for the small-ticket, self-service retail industry in Verizon Wireless Booth #3859 at this year’s International CTIA WIRELESS Show, on May 8 to 10, 2012 in New Orleans, La.
USA Technologies will be highlighting its cashless payments and telemetry services on a Susie’s Lemonade-branded machine as featured in Verizon Wireless’ national commercial campaign and website. In addition, USAT will demonstrate several of the new customer engagement services announced last week at a major industry trade show, including its prepaid and loyalty program. This program was customized for Verizon Wireless at CTIA to deliver a Susie’s Lemonade coupon to a mobile phone in real time when a purchase is made at the Susie’s Lemonade vending machine. USAT will also be demonstrating additional NFC/Mobile payment capabilities at this event.
“USAT’s presence at the annual CTIA WIRELESS show — a first for the company — reflects how our cashless and contactless solutions are gaining recognition in the wireless, mobile and M2M markets,” said Maeve McKenna Duska, vice president of marketing for USA Technologies in a prepared statement. “USAT featured in the Verizon Wireless booth as a premier M2M solution highlights what we believe is the strength of the partnership we have with Verizon Wireless and of our co-marketing agreement. The show give us another platform from which to expand industry and customer awareness for our NFC-enabled ePort® and ePort Connect service, both of which we anticipate will benefit from the increasing use of mobile payment and the building, global awareness for M2M applications.”
USAT representatives can be found in the Verizon Wireless booth #3859 in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. USA Technologies’ ePort Connect solution includes the Verizon Wireless network for connectivity and Verizon Wireless includes the USAT ePort Connect solution in their M2M sales toolkit.
