The King Nut Companies, a Solon, Ohio-based snack manufacturer, has hired Jim Pavlescak as vice president of manufacturing and plant operations. He will have complete responsibility for the manufacturing group. This encompasses the production of all of products along with the management of the personnel and plant operations of the manufacturing group and facilities.
Pavlescak brings more than 25 years in the manufacturing field. He has a bachelor of science degree from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace Collage.
Pavlescak joins King Nut from RFD Beaufort where he was the operations director for this company. Prior to that, he was the plant manager for Country Pure Foods. He also served as a plant superintendent for the power train division at the Ford Motor Co.
