The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) will offer its “Vending/Coffee Service 101” education program at the OneShowSM April 25, 2012 during the OneShow in Las Vegas at the Venetian/Sands Hotel. The session will be led by veteran operator Vic Pemberton, owner of Bainbridge, Ga.-based Pepi Food Services, and will focus on solid business basics, best practices and “how to’s” ranging from route and warehouse management to sales, customer service and technology.

This free interactive and informative session will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 25.

According to Pemberton, “This session does two things, one, if you have questions, we have answers and ideas. If you are curious about what to do, you will get answers. Secondly, if you don’t understand your purpose, this is a great session for you. It’s not just a session on how to’s, but also the why’s. You will learn “how to” and “where to go for,” the beginning steps of Vending, Coffee, and Food Services, and you will also have the opportunity to discover the secret to providing “highlights” in people’s lives.”
