Massachusetts Bill To Raise Vending Machine Licensing Fees From $3 To $20 Per Machine

A state bill in Massachusetts, MA HD 4260. was submitted which is formal notification of an increase in vending licensing fees for vending machines from $3 to $20 per machine, according to The National Automatic Merchandising Association. The annual fee for licenses to operate vending machines is determined annually by the commissioner of administration of the department of public health.

A hearing on the bill is scheduled on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the Public Health Council Room, Second Floor, Department of Public Health, 250 Washington Street, Boston, Mass.
