Maryland House Bill 455 was introduced by Delegate Walker on Feb. 1, 2012 to repeal tax sales exemption for certain snack food, according to The National Automatic Merchandising Association. The first reading was in the House Ways and Means Committee. A hearing is scheduled for Feb 14, 2012 at 1 p.m.
