George R. Jensen Jr., the chairman and CEO of USA Technologies, Inc. resigned amid an audit committee investigation of the company's board, according to the Daily Local News, West Chester, Penn. Jensen had already been suspended as of Oct. 5 for posting information about the company on the Internet.
