New York State Vending Association To Hold Dinner Meeting Nov. 9, 2011 In Hawthorne, N.Y.

The New York State Automatic Vending Association will hold a dinner meeting for members with its board of directors on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011 at Tramonto’s Restaurant, 27 Saw Mill River Road, Hawthorne, N.Y.

Following the board of directors meeting at 3 p.m., there will be appetizers and cash bar at 5 p.m. followed by dinner and a meeting at 6 p.m.

Topics will include the status of the current tax exemption, the debit swipe fee requirements, the calorie disclosure law, the Department of Justice 48-inch machine reach requirement, and other regulations. Pam Gilbert, senior government affairs manager at the National Automatic Merchandising Association, will address the group, along with a presentation on coffee service sales.

Cost is $65 per person.
