Canteen Vending Services Inc. has acquired Coffee Break Service Inc. in Baltimore, Md., which operates one and a half routes and has five employees. Coffee Break Service was founded in 1962 by Fred Sapperstein and was incorporated in 1989 by Fred Sapperstein and the late Winnie Sapperstein and their son, Steve Sapperstein.
Terms of the transaction were not revealed.
