National Automatic Merchandising Association Announces Education Sessions At Coffee, Tea And Water Expo, Oct. 18 To 20 In Las Vegas

A host of education sessions designed specifically for operators who provide coffee, tea and water service will be one of the highlights of the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) CoffeeTea&Water 2011. This event will be held Tuesday-Thursday, Oct. 18 to 20, 2011 at the Bally’s resort in Las Vegas, Nev.

Guest speaker Jeb Blount, CEO of SalesGravy.com and best-selling author of “People Buy You,” will share his experiences in three sales interactive workshops. He will give tips on how to be your company’s “Rain Maker” in “Managing the Prospect Pyramid”;  teach how to get a team to execute in “People Follow You;” and explain how to play the game in the current market in “Top 10 Closing Secrets in the New Economy.”

Four Best Practices roundtables are on the schedule: expense management led by Fred Parrish; growing revenue by Tim Wayne; cause coffees, national brands and private label by Miles and Kerri Goodman Small; and coffee/water installations and insurance liabilities by Jim Nelson. In addition, there will be a technology panel headed by Dr. Michael Kasavana, the NAMA endowed professor at Michigan State University.

In addition to the education sessions, attendees can also check out the exciting new products and equipment at the tabletop display area where suppliers of coffee and related services will be displaying  their wares.
