Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. announced that Carolyn Ross, vice president of investor relations, will assume leadership of the company’s investor relations function, reporting directly to CFO Marty Ellen.
The move comes as Aly Noormohamed, senior vice president of finance, has been named senior vice president and business unit general manager – warehouse direct. He will report to Rodger Collins, president of packaged beverages for DPS. Noormohamed, whose previous experience includes senior finance roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers and PepsiCo, will begin his new role effective immediately.
“Carolyn has played an important role in the success of our investor relations function,” said Ellen in a prepared statement. “Her financial acumen, understanding of our business and industry relationships will serve DPS well. We appreciate Aly’s recognized leadership of our corporate planning, investor relations and treasury functions over the past three-and-a-half years, and we know he’s the right person to maximize the growth potential of our warehouse direct business.”
Ross, a graduate of the University of North Texas, has worked for DPS and its predecessor companies for seven years and has managed day-to-day investor relations since 2009. She also helped establish the financials for DPS as it prepared to go public in 2008 and has served in numerous finance roles for the company.
