Greenville County, S.C. Schools Overhaul Lunch Nutrition

Greenville County, S.C. schools recently announced a nutrition initiative in which 80 school cafeteria workers getting intense training at the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas for a new school lunch program that will have major implications for students, their parents, and the business community, according to WSPA-TV in Spartanburg, S.C.
