Southeastern Vending Association Convention To Feature Coffee Service Panel On Aug. 4, 2011 In Destin, Fla

July 20, 2011

The Southeastern Vending Association (SEVA) convention at the Sandestin Resort, Destin, Fla., Aug. 3 to 5, will include a panel discussion titled “Coffee: Getting More Green from the Little Beans.” The session will be on Thursday, Aug. 4 and will feature a panel of industry experts assembled to shed light on how coffee can help perk up profits.

“Coffee has so much untapped potential that many of us haven’t yet begun to realize,” said Randy Smith, CEO of LightSpeed and this year’s SEVA convention chairman. “Our panel of experts will show you the best way to achieve that potential.”

Among the guest speakers are US Roasterie’s Howard Fischer, Excelso Coffee & Tea President Geoff Paul, National Coffee Service and Vending’s Rick Dutkiewicz and Pepi Coffee Co. President Vic Pemberton.

For information, call NAMA at 312-346-0370 or visit www.vending.org/seva.

Editor’s Insight: This session promises to be an outstanding educational opportunity, for vending operators already active in coffee service and for those who have yet to expand into it. The coffee service industry continues to offer more products and services that allow operators to make more money.

One of the great things about the refreshment services industry is the willingness of established operators to share their knowledge with others.

What’s amazing is that more operators do not take advantage of these opportunities. 07-20-11 by Elliot Maras
