More savings may soon be in store for 7-Eleven patrons, says Bruce Maples, chairman of the National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees. In an interview with www.pymnts.com, Maples reacts to the Federal Reserve’s new debit rules and explains why lower swipe fees will drive down product prices.
