Hormel Foods Corp. Donates Food To Flood Victims In Minot, N.D.

Hormel Foods Corp. announced a donation of 55,000 Hormel® Compleats® microwave meals to a Feeding America food bank to aid in relief efforts for Minot, N.D., following the recent flooding in the area.

“We send our condolences to everyone affected by the historic floodwaters,” said Julie H. Craven, vice president of corporate communications at Hormel Foods in a prepared statement. “We hope these meals provide a convenient option for those individuals seeking a quick meal.”

Hormel® Compleats® microwave meals are 10-ounce satisfying meals that feature quality chicken, beef or turkey as well as flavorful vegetables and pasta, potatoes or rice. They do not need to be frozen or refrigerated and can be microwaved in the tray in 90 seconds.
