The founder of Cafection Enterprises Inc., Yves Baron, has sold complete shares to his son Francois “Frank” Baron, who has become president and sole proprietor of Cafection Enterprises Inc.
“Frank has worked with me in building Cafection for over 20 years – from shipping, to going on the road and introducing bean to cup technology when coffee was at five cents. He has the passion to grow it into a strong and striving organization. He has built his team and they will take Cafection to a new level. I wish all of them well and I am certain of their future success” said Yves Baron in a prepared statement.
