Fresh Healthy Vending, a vending machine franchise company capitalizing on the trend of healthy snacks, plans to install and operate 500 machines in the San Diego, Calif. area, according to the San Diego Union Tribune in San Diego, Calif. While initially a franchise business, the 500 machine expansion will be operated by the parent company.
