Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. Signs Broker Agreement With Contemporary Marketing

July 22, 2014

Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. announces its wholly owned subsidiary EPIC Nutrition, Inc. has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Contemporary Marketing, Inc. (CMI). The agreement provides for CMI to be the exclusive broker for EPIC's NRG™, Goodnight™ and COLDsense™ brands for key retailers Walgreens, CVS, Target, GNC and Stop & Shop resulting in thousands of potential points of distribution at these retail outlets.

CMI will spearhead the new product launches of EPIC's new NRG Pro-N-Go™, a nationally branded energy shot infused with 25 grams of bioavailable protein and Goodnight™, a proprietary 2.5-fluid ounce shot targeted at the rapidly expanding $521 million U.S. sleep and relaxation category (Zenith International 1/20/11) and COLDsense™, a natural cold and flu remedy into the $2.6 billion U.S. Cold/Allergy/Sinus tablet market (SymphonyIRI Group, Inc 9/5/10).

"We are very confident that our relationship with CMI will generate an exceptional sales opportunity for our brands given that these are some of the major retail chains in the USA" stated Larry Latowsky, chairman of Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. in a prepared statement.

Latowsky goes on to say, "The sleep and relaxation category is exploding and the proprietary blend of ingredients in Goodnight makes it the most efficacious product available, while our NRG Pro-N-Go protein energy shot is bringing much needed innovation to the category. These are truly functional beverages."

"Retail demand for both of these products is overwhelming and will continue to increase so we are very fortunate to be one of the early entries in these categories," continued Latowsky.
