A judge promised a verdict after the trial ended for the directors of Nathans Finance, a subsidiary and funding vehicle for its parent company VTL, an Auckland, New Zealand-based vending technology business with operations in New Zealand, Australia, the U.S. and Europe, according to The New Zealand Herald.
