G & J Marketing & Sales, the vend product brokerage based in Palm Harbor, Fla., has named Tim Osborn and Dave Battaglia to sales positions.
Tim Osborn has been named to the sales team for the Washington/Oregon market. He brings 23 years experience, 22 in the food and vending industry. He was a Vancouver branch manager for Seattle, Wash.-based Evergreen Vending. He was also a branch manager for Snack Time Foods Inc. in Vancouver, Wash., owner of Mountain Man Nut & Fruit in Bozeman, Mont., and service manager for Snack Time Foods in Turnwater, Wash.
Dave Battaglia has been named to the sales team for northern and central California. He has 17 years sales and operations management experience. He was a key account manager for Hershey Foods for seven years in northern California and Boise, Idaho and managed distributors overseeing 225 stores in four states, generating $2.5 million in sales. He also managed vendor broker networks for retail, food service, military bases and wholesale jobbers.
