California Senate Committee Approves Bill To Give Counties And School Districts New Taxing Authority

The California Senate Appropriations Committee recently passed Senate Bill 653, which would alter California's tax structure by extending new taxing authority to counties and school districts. The bill will head for a Senate vote.

The California Automatic Vending Council has asked California vending operators to send a letter to their state legislators in opposition.
