Custom Data Solutions, Inc. (CDSI) announced that as part of its 30th anniversary celebration, it has formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Software Solution Integrators, LLC to expand its full range of software integration services.
In making this announcement, Chief Executive Officer Michael Nudi said in a prepared statement: "Software Solution Integrators will provide a variety of services, including software sales, installation, consulting and training. Services will be provided across multiple industries and installations may be either at a client's site or hosted by Software Solution Integrators."
He stated further that "Software Solution Integrators is a value added reseller (VAR) of several software products. Software offerings include document management and imaging systems, accounting, operating systems and virus protection applications. Software Solution Integrators will expand its products and services to companies located in the US, Canada and the Caribbean."
