Reyes Holdings LLC says its food distributor, Reinhart FoodService, has agreed to buy Conco Food Service from Consolidated Cos., according to Crain's Chicago Business Conco Food Service covers the Gulf Coast states and Texas through three Louisiana distribution centers. Rosemont, Ill.-based Reyes' foodservice unit is in 37 states with 22 regional distribution centers and is the fifth-largest privately held distributor in the country.
