Canteen Vending Services Inc., which is owned by Compass Group North America, has acquired Wright Vending in Madison, Wis., VendingMarketWatch has learned.
Wright Vending was started by Randy Wright in 1991 and grew to include three branch facilities responsible for a total of $11 million in annual sales, according to a 2006 article in Automatic Merchandiser.
Canteen Vending Services Inc. declined to comment.
